The following disclosure provides our customers with the details about our privacy policies and procedures, as well as information regarding how to make your choices on how information about you may be shared. We want you to make an educated choice, so please read this disclosure carefully to understand the options available to you.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
We do not share customer information with outside parties who may wish to market their products to you.

At PBS we value you as a customer and we work diligently every day to honor the trust you place in us.
HOW WE PROTECT & USE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
1. We begin by safeguarding the security and integrity of customer information.
We are committed to protecting the security and integrity of customer information through procedures and technology designed for this purpose. For example:
We limit employee access to customer information to those who have a business reason to know this information. Standards are set by which our employees are required to meet in order to protect customer confidentiality. They are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to do so.
We maintain policies and procedures covering the proper physical security of workplaces and records.
We use technological means (such as backup files, virus detection and eradication software and other computer software and hardware) to protect against unauthorized access or alterations to customer data.
2. We receive and maintain customer information as part of servicing your account and your customer relationship. In the course of serving you, we receive information about you and/or your accounts from a variety of sources, such as:
Information you provide to us such as details on your hardship story or information on applications or forms, such as your income and accounts with others.
Information you provide from an outside company, such as a credit bureau report, employment information, financial information and/or financial documentation (W2, tax returns, pay stubs, etc.) for the purpose of substantiating your hardship with your creditors.
Information we receive from you and your creditors and about your transactions or experiences with creditors.
3. The customer information we receive is used to service your account and meet your financial needs. Information may be used by PBS, as well as with authorized third parties for a number of purposes. We may disclose the information we collect, as described above, with nonaffiliated third parties that are acting on our behalf or with whom we are negotiating for the settlement of your debt, including:
Companies that perform support services for us, such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, data processors, technical systems consultants and programmers or companies that help us market PBS products and services to you.
There are other situations when we may disclose to third parties the customer information we collect as permitted or required by law. In these cases, third parties could include creditors, (or their representatives) credit bureaus, government entities, collection agencies, courts or other entities (in response to subpoenas and other legal processes), and those with whom you have requested us to share information and those with whom you have requested that we perform your debt negotiation.
4. We do not share information with outside parties who may wish to market their products to you.
We do not send unsolicited commercial email (spam) to our customers and website visitors.
We do not sell our customers' and website visitors' email addresses or personal or business information to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
5. We may provide information to an outside party to whom the customer has been referred for additional services.
Often times our customers request referrals for services outside of our scope of services. In those cases, the outside referral source is notified of the referral so that they may be more prepared to meet the needs of our customers.
You have a choice to Opt-Out
Although PBS does not sell customer information, we do share it, as noted above, with outside third parties. If you do not want us to share your information, you may opt-out but you need to recognize that if you do opt-out we can no longer service you properly.

The policies and practices described in this disclosure are subject to change, but we will communicate any significant changes to you as required by applicable law. The policies and practices described in this disclosure replace all previous notices or statements regarding this subject.
